Welcome to House Cleaning Company (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website (https://housecleaning.company/), booking our services, or communicating with us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using our services.

1. Services Provided

House Cleaning Company offers residential and commercial cleaning services in Volusia County, Flagler County, Orange County, and surrounding areas. Services are subject to availability and may vary based on your location, specific requests, and property conditions.

Our service areas include, but are not limited to:

• Volusia County: Daytona Beach, Ormond Beach, Port Orange, New Smyrna Beach
• Flagler County: Flagler Beach, Palm Coast
• Orange County and Surrounding Areas: Orlando, Kissimmee, Sanford, Altamonte Springs, Apopka, Casselberry, Clermont, Davenport, Oviedo, Winter Park, Winter Springs, Lake Mary, Heathrow, Winter Garden

2. Service Bookings and Appointments

Appointments must be scheduled through our website, phone, or authorized representatives. A confirmation will be provided once a booking is accepted. House Cleaning Company reserves the right to refuse service for any reason, including but not limited to property conditions that pose health or safety risks.

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

Pricing will be discussed and agreed upon before service confirmation. Payment is due upon completion of services unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing. Accepted forms of payment include credit card, debit card, and other methods as specified during booking.

House Cleaning Company reserves the right to adjust pricing for special requests, larger properties, or additional services outside of standard packages.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

If House Cleaning Company needs to reschedule or cancel, we will make every reasonable effort to provide prompt notice and work with you to reschedule.

5. Access to Property

Clients are responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled time. If we are unable to gain entry, a fee may be assessed to compensate for travel and time lost.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve any issues to your satisfaction.

7. Limitation of Liability

House Cleaning Company will exercise reasonable care while providing cleaning services. However, we are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damages or conditions
• Items of monetary or sentimental value not disclosed
• Incidental or consequential damages related to service delivery

Clients are encouraged to secure or remove valuable or fragile items before service.

8. Client Responsibilities

By engaging our services, clients agree to:

• Provide a safe working environment
• Notify us of any special instructions or sensitive areas
• Maintain pets in a controlled area during service

Failure to meet these conditions may result in service refusal or additional charges.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, graphics, and logos, is the intellectual property of House Cleaning Company unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized use or reproduction without written consent is prohibited.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

House Cleaning Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is the client’s responsibility to review terms periodically.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
